Reservations will be confirmed 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Billing will be based on the actual time of arrival and departure.
To book accommodation at the CSIR-CLRI Guest House, please submit your request online well in advance, ensuring all required details are provided.
The accommodation can be booked for a maximum of 7 days, subject to availability. Stays exceeding 7 days will incur double rates corresponding to the guest's category, and charges will be applied accordingly.
The applicant is responsible for the correctness/genuineness of each of the guest’s details.
Provisional confirmation of the booking will be given by E-mail. The management may at its discretion, cancel a booking, offer a shared accommodation or offer an alternate accommodation as per availability, without citing any reason.
Requests, whether verbal or written, for alterations or extensions to accommodation dates will not be accommodated. In the event that an application has been previously submitted, it is necessary to cancel the existing application and submit a new request.
Photo ID proof for the guest mentioned in the online application must be presented at the reception before check-in. Mandatory for all guests, except for Distinguished Guests invited by the Director or on behalf of the Director, CSIR-CLRI, Members of the Research Council, and other high-level committees.
Research scholars, project assistants, or students requiring accommodation for themselves and/or their parents/guests must apply online through their guides, project leaders, supervisors, HODs, or mentors who are permanent employees of CSIR
Booking is not permitted for guests undergoing medical treatment for communicable disease or are bed ridden or who are seriously ill.
Payment towards the Guest House accommodation charges will be accepted through GPay/UPI and the transaction charges (if any) incurred towards same will be borne by the guest.
Accommodation and food charges are billed separately and are to be separately settled as per rules.
Please be informed that CSIR-CLRI GuestHouse does not have lift facility and accommodation at CSIR-CLRI GuestHouse are located on the 1st and 2nd floors only.
